Saturday in PA

We headed down to PA this weekend for cousin Megan's graduation party. We drove down early to see cousin Josh's championship baseball game. Daddy made us all shirts with Josh's name and number on it. They must have been good luck because his team won!

This is Josh throwing the winning pitch!

Here is Josh getting his award and his team with their trophy's!

The grad Megan and her sis Alyssa showing off their cool shades. Rylee and Uncle Jeff. She started to fuss right before I took the picture.

Rylee had a good time watching the kids on the slip n slide. It was a great time and always nice to see the Gramms!

This has been a great week! Other than Rylee's acid reflux acting up again. She has been majorly spitting up, and puking all week, not sleeping at night, ect... Poor baby! I called her doctor this morning to see what she wants us to do. Probably increase her Zantac or maybe even something different. She has still been taking little naps during the day since I cut my caffiene. I reeeealy miss my coffee but it's worth it! I am completely off it now, hopefully she continues to nap, maybe even a bit longer, :).

I have been buying her new toys this week. She is interested in anything that moves and lights up. It's fun to watch her concentrate on her toys. She has been watching her fish tank in her crib too! (while feasting on her hand). And just another funny wide eyed photo after she pooped herself out of her pj's, again.

Our Friend Denise from Michigan came over this week to meet Rylee. She says she a "pro" because she got Rylee to smile. LOL. Denise invited us to her Welcome Home Barbeque next month. We can't wait!
Nana came to visit this week. She tried to get Rylee to take a paci. Rylee of course, refused.
I bought Rylee a Bumbo. It's a hit! She hates to be leaning back or laying so this works out perfect. I can get like 15 minutes out of it before she gets frustrated. She watched her first Sponge Bob episode in her new green Bumbo. Plus it makes it a lot easier to play with her toys, rather than holding her on my lap. Off to PA in the morning for Megans grad party. I hope I remember my memory card this time!

Fathers Day Weekend

So we finally found a rattle small enough for Rylee to hold. Even though she seems to be right handed, she holds it with her left a lot longer. She doesn't really care about it to much yet, but veeery soon! She is becoming a lot more active with her hands, bringing them together ect... I CAN NOT WAIT till she plays with toys!

She continues to stand more and more for longer periods of time. Merle and I seriously think she is going to skip crawling.

Pretty in Pink! I had to get the camera out for this outfit.
Cuddling with Bock! The dogs absolutely adore her. She loves to watch them play wrestle mania. I am also really looking forward to when she can interact with them. Hops is sleeping in her room right now.?. lol.

Rylee got to meet Merle's friends Chris and Margaret this weekend! They moved to Florida, so we don't get to see them too often. It was so awesome to see them. Hops wanted some lovin' too!
Last time they were in town, I was still pregnant with our little angel. Now, here she is!
We spent some time relaxing at the pool. It was so super hot outside! Chris lives in Florida and goes tanning. WTF? He says to "even it out". Whatever Chris, lol.
Rylee said it was too hot and took a little cat nap.
Saturday we took a ride out to Garrettsville to spend some time with my Dad for Father's Day. Rylee enjoyed a nice relaxing swing outside. She was exhausted from the ride there. Rylee was in a good mood almost the whole visit, it was so nice. Grandpa brought out one of his many singing/dancing stuffed animals for Rylee. It was a little chicken that sang and danced to Christmas songs. She followed it with her eyes while it danced all over the porch. We are going to Toys 'r' Us today to find her a moving toy!

And now the main event.....Merle's 1st Fathers Day! This is the photo I took to put in the "Me and my Daddy" frame that Rylee got for Merle. See, here it is.
Merle finally realized the only mp3 player is the iPod, so we got him the new one for Father's Day. Rylee didn't like the song Dad was playing, lol.

Daddy and his baby girl! Rylee says he is the greatest Daddy in th whole wide world. Dad read Rylee the book "I Love You Daddy" that she got him.
It was a GREAT 1st Father's day. Rylee is lucky she has Merle as her Daddy. She is his heart.

Rylee's Week...

Great Gram came to visit this week after her massage at Ron's. It was great to see her. Gram always makes me laugh. I found out we have the NEED to have our beds made everyday in common. Nana says it drives her crazy if she has to leave the house without making her bed....Same here!!

Here's our little ham showing off her new outfit. I have found I like these one piece outfits better then separate onesie and shorts. It seems more comfortable for her, rather than the elastic around her tummy. Hard to find though! There are TONS of rompers for boys, but few for girls.

Rylee and her Daddy, spending time.

Grammie came for a visit this weekend. She was here to witness our new pacifier trick. I tried putting a shield on the paci and she took it. It is not the best solution yet because it has to be held in her mouth but it has worked to calm her a few times in the past couple days. I plan on buying the smallest sheild and finding a way to keep it on the paci. Wish me luck!
Dad bought her a cute little tennis dress. It came with pink panties that say Adidas across the butt. He liked it so much he says hes going to get the other color dress as well. Daddy can always make his baby smile! Have you ever seen Merle this happy?
Here is the strong baby using her legs! She can support all her weight, just needs some balance and back strength and shes gonna be on the move!
10 weeks old this week!
